• India

• United Kingdom (UK)
• Other international destinations (subject to courier availability)

c. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

d. Shipping Charges

• UAE: Free shipping on most orders (unless stated otherwise)
• International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value
• Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the Website

e. Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Aaira Jewels is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.

f. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status and coordinating with courier partners if required.

g. Delivery & Risk

• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
• Please ensure accurate shipping details; Aaira Jewels is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

a. Eligibility for Returns

We offer returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and unworn
• Item must be in original packaging
• Accompanied by original invoice and certification (IGI/GIA, if applicable)

b. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order jewellery
• Engraved or personalized items
• Items damaged due to misuse or wear
• Products without original certification or packaging

c. Return Process

Our team will review and approve the request.

Upon approval, return instructions will be provided.

Item must be securely shipped back within the specified timeframe.

d. Return Shipping Costs

• UAE Returns: May be complimentary or charged based on case
• International Returns: Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are borne by the customer
• Aaira Jewels is not responsible for lost return shipments

e. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only after quality inspection of the returned item
• Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days
• Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
• Aaira Jewels reserves the right to deduct handling or restocking fees if applicable

f. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• Price differences (if any) must be settled before dispatch of the new item

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos and order details.

We will arrange replacement or resolution at no additional cost (subject to verification).

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started.

Customized orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
