1. Product Authenticity

All jewellery offered by Aaira Jewels (FZC) consists of lab-grown diamonds, which are chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural diamonds but created in controlled laboratory environments. These diamonds are not mined.

2. Metal Purity

• Jewellery is crafted in 18K (75% gold purity) or 14K (58.5% gold purity).
• Each piece is stamped accordingly to indicate gold purity.
• Minor variations in weight and finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the products.

3. Certification

Diamonds above specified carat weight (as per company policy) are certified by internationally recognized gemological laboratories such as:

• International Gemological Institute (IGI)
• Gemological Institute of America (GIA)

Certification details (cut, color, clarity, carat weight) will be provided with the product.

Customers are advised to review certification details at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing & Taxes

• Prices are based on gold weight, diamond specifications, design complexity, and market rates at the time of purchase.
• Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges (if any) will be added at checkout.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Order Confirmation & Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed advance payment.

Custom-made or personalized jewellery requires advance payment and is non-cancellable once production begins.

6. Customization

Customized designs (size, shape, engraving, or design alterations) are created based on customer specifications.

Once approved, no changes can be made after production has commenced.

Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines vary depending on product availability and customization requirements.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as logistics providers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Returns & Exchange

Standard products may be eligible for exchange within a specified period (e.g., 7–14 days), subject to company policy.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by certification and invoice.

Customized or engraved jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per company policy and may involve deductions.

9. Warranty & Repairs

A limited warranty may be provided against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to mishandling, accidents, or improper care
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations

Repair services may be offered at additional cost.

10. Product Care

Customers are advised to:

• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and extreme conditions.
• Store jewellery separately to prevent scratches.
• Clean with a soft cloth or as recommended.

11. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
• Loss of jewellery after delivery.
• Minor variations in design or appearance due to lighting or screen display differences.

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content are the exclusive property of the company and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

14. Amendments

The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
